This is a question I get asked often, and it’s a fair question. It’s also a complex question to answer. Pricing can vary depending on the scope and details of your project, the number of revisions/changes required, and of course project complexity. The best way for me to provide an accurate estimate is to understand your needs, goals, and of course your budget. The objective is for both of us to land on what is mutually beneficial. PAYMENT STRUCTURE
I prioritize delivering exceptional results for my clients. To ensure a seamless and dedicated collaboration, I require a 50% upfront and non-refundable payment based on the project estimate before I commence work. This initial investment reflects our dedication to providing you with a high-quality and personalized design experience.
Upon completion of your project, I request the remaining 50% payment before releasing any final files. This payment structure is designed to guarantee your satisfaction with the final product and to maintain the integrity of our creative process.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Communication is key to a successful partnership! I value open and transparent dialogue throughout the design process. During and after the completion of your project, I kindly request ongoing communication to address any additional requests or final adjustments.
Please note that a lack of communication beyond the project's completion is subject to a 10% increase in the overall price for each week that passes without contact. This policy ensures that we can address any post-project needs promptly and maintain the quality of our services.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP POLICY
I take pride in my creative process and the unique designs I craft for my clients. During the design phase, any visuals or concepts shared are considered the intellectual property of Basement 20 Design Studio. Usage or reproduction of these designs is strictly prohibited until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of the final payment, ownership of the completed designs transfers to the client, empowering you with the rights to utilize and modify the designs as needed for your projects.
Basement 20 Design Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes, such as marketing my portfolio. Rest assured, our use of your designs will be limited to showcasing my expertise and the high-quality work I deliver.

REVISION POLICY
My commitment to delivering designs that exceed your expectations is unwavering. With every project, I include up to four rounds of revisions as part of the initial estimate. I understand that refining the details is crucial to achieving the perfect result.
However, to maintain the efficiency of my creative process and respect the time and effort invested, any revisions beyond the initial four will be subject to a nominal fee of $100 per change. This ensures that I can continue to provide the meticulous attention your project deserves while also accommodating additional refinements.
